I didn't realize when I first took the shot back this is actually the campagnolo quick release hub, that has been thread through to attatch the wheel to the inside of the case. My first thoughts on seeing this were "Oh crap!!! my campag parts have scratches!!" But on closer inspection the bike case has been designed to prevent this from happening. The plastic protrudes out much further than the release part. |
